Our returns policy
We accept returns for hardware devices sold through thevc.co.uk. If you have any questions or issues regarding your order please use the contact us on our website. When the message has been picked up, a member of the team will contact you to try and resolve the problem or will provide you with details on how to return the product or products to us.
If you are returning a product it must be in the original packaging, for devices the packaging must also have the warrenty card still inside.
You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that you want to return an item.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of having a confirmation email from us.
Our returns address
To return an unwanted or faulty item, please address it to: The Vapers Cove, Unit C, Chelford Court, Robjohns Road, Chelmsford CM1 3AG. Please note: that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via a tracked service, and if the item is over the value of £50 to use an insured service. We cannot be held liable for any returns that have been lost in the post
As soon as we receive the item, we will check that it is either in its original condition or that there is a fault and we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return has been approved by our inspector, we will refund your original card that you paid with, which you will recieve within 3-5 working days.
If you want to cancel a order prior to shipping please notify us by phone on 01277 546118 before 3.00pm. If you notify us after 3:00pm we will only be able to cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched you will need to follow our returns policy.
